In this video I use the Futaba CIU-3 adaptor to update the firmware on the GYA553 Gyro. The process basically involves, connecting the adaptor to a Windows PC. Wiring your GYA553 gyro to the adaptor and a battery pack. Putting the Gyro into the correct mode. Then writing the firmware file to the gyro.
It all sounds easy but isn’t!
