Supported Transmitters

The FrSky Transmitter Picture tool currently supports 6 transmitters, grouped by their screen size/format requirements:

FrSky X20 300×280 PNG only
FrSky SE 300×280 PNG only
FrSky X18 180×166 PNG or BMP (BMP recommended)
FrSky Twin 180×166 PNG or BMP (BMP recommended)
FrSky X10 180×160 PNG or BMP (BMP recommended)
FrSky X12X 180×160 PNG or BMP (BMP recommended)

For FrSky X20RS (and probably others) follow these steps.

  1. Once you have used the utility below to upload, crop and download your image
  2. Put your TX in Bootloader mode, press Enter and On button at the same time (this may also work in USB mode)
  3. Plug in your USB cable
  4. Open the drive that has just been mapped, open the bitmaps > images folder
  5. Copy your downloaded cropped image into the images folder, you may want to give it a friendly name first
  6. Disconnect your TX
  7. Edit your model on your TX
  8. Change Picture to the file you just copied across

Configuring Home page widget

  1. Set widget type to Bitmap
  2. Set bitmap type to “Model bitmap”
